How Agencies Win Through Alignment (aka Win-Win)

 

When you win, we win. It really is that simple.

It might sound trite but it’s not.

There are really only a few things a Business Owner should focus on and the top one is creating Win-Win offers for their customers.

Look at the current “Lead Gen” agencies out there.

Their offer seems simple, straightforward but it’s really a complete mess.

Here’s the standard offer: “Give me $X and I’ll give you y Leads.”

It’s sloppy.

Here’s why. A lead in California isn’t the same as a lead in Florida which isn’t the same as a lead in Oklahoma.

The cookie-cutter approach means they have to put a lot of “Cushion” in their lead prices.

A better way is to send a certain number of leads AT COST. And, show the cost.

Then, when you and the client know the actual cost you guys can agree on a price per lead. (This is after figuring out what a real, qualified and engaged lead is, of course.)

That would be win-win.

A lot of these lead gen agencies might not like that but if they were in this to create a viable business THEY would because if the lead cost was dialed in for the business owner AND the lead gen agency could still get a profit they’d have a client for life.

That would be win-win-win all around.
