Thanks for joining this short Most Effective Facebook Ads Course. This is the first section of our Coaching Program that shows business owners how to create a full-fledged marketing program which gets them Leads, Appointments and Sales in 90 Days or Less.

If you recall from the original post or video that you responded to, we are going to teach you two of the FUNDAMENTAL first actions all of my new coaching clients go through.

The first is designed to get past interested prospects re-engaged and hopefully set an appointment or request a quote or whatever is next in your sales process. Here it is:

ACTION 1: The “Are You Still Interested?” text/email. (1 Hour Max)

This is the very first thing you should do because it can get you results FAST. So, if you have an email program or a texting program or however you normally do it, get it ready and send this very short text/email.

It goes like this:

“Hey <firstname>, are you still interested in <your service>? – <your-name>”

So, for my company I might say:

“Hey Brenda, are you still interested in marketing coaching? – Jason”

It’s important to keep it VERY simple. When the replies come in you handle them appropriately.

 

ACTION 2: Fast Action Videos for Fast Results! (3-4 Hours MAX)

  1. The straightforward offer – This is the simple offer video. This is probably the one you responded to in order to get this mini-course.

You can see the video again below. I want to point out a few things on this video. #1. I look horrible. I mean, c’mon! I did that on purpose to show everybody that it’s ok. Remember that SOCIAL is about people. Not refined brands and Hollywood quality videos. That’ll constrict things down to where you can hardly put out anything if you try to get everything perfect. Now, generally I do make sure I’m presentable but I was really on the edge here. It doesn’t HAVE to be perfect.

I did this in 3 takes. I think I stuttured too much the first time. The 2nd time I went off an a tangent because I sort of forgot what I was going to say. The third video I saved it and put it out there.

 

The format for this one is simple. “If you’re a <blank> you can get <blah> result. Here’s how… thing 1, thing 2, thing 3… click for more info.”

Examples: “If you’re a woman over 40 looking to get her beach body back in time for summer. Here are 3 things you can do… 1. Make sure your first meal of the day has 30 grams of protein. This’ll help stave off hunger and set you up to succeed on the next 2. Number 2… etc, etc. Click to learn more.” which takes you to a page with your program or to schedule a coaching call or whatever you next step is.

Example: “Dear Homeowner, If your energy bills are outrageous it might not be your HVAC, it might actually be your windows. Here’s how to check: Stand next to your windows. Do you feel excessive heat or cold? Do you feel any air pressure changes or drafts? Can you see any “fog” or discoloration on the edges? – If you answered yes to any one of those questions it is worth checking if your windows are worn out. Click for more info.”

See what we’re doing there? It’s straightforward and simple. If you use any kind of AI like gemini.google.com or claude you can put in those examples and tell them you need something like that for your business and tell them what your business is…

Here’s my example from gemini.google.com. I put in this prompt:

I need a 30s video script for a facebook reel for my business. I run a marketing coaching program that helps business owners create their entire marketing strategy and system in 90 days. Here’s an example from another industry I’d like to emulate: Dear Homeowner, If your energy bills are outrageous it might not be your HVAC, it might actually be your windows. Here’s how to check: Stand next to your windows. Do you feel excessive heat or cold? Do you feel any air pressure changes or drafts? You don’t have to memorize that verbatim. You just rehearse the script outloud 5-10 times. Hit record and do a few takes. You’ll end up with a video you can post. This should take you about 30-45 minutes MAX if you’ve never done it before.

Video Type #2: Who we are / Who I am – This is a basic video that tells people about your team or it could be about you as the owner/ceo, etc.

This is another format that does great. This is particularly killer for businesses that are local or need a lot of trust. One of my clients, MyBookkeepers.com is high-trust. People don’t like giving access to their finances. They are worried about it going overseas or getting hacked or whatever. Once we started putting this video out there we started seeing much easier appointments and sales.

 

This is a little more complicated but it works VERY WELL. If you can record video snippets of your office, your office workers saying something and then have someone piece it together (popular tool your niece/nephew probably knows how to use is CapCut) then you’ll have a great little video that you can use to build trust. We actually get people who go to their website and SCHEDULE appointments after seeing this video.

Now, if you want to do this as the owner/CEO or whatever then you need to switch it up a little and make it more about how you came to do what you do and why you enjoy doing it.

I’m using gemini.google.com again to get this script. Here’s the prompt I used and the result:

I need a 30s facebook reel that is basically a short introduction to me and what I do. I used to run a full-service marketing agency. I loved getting marketing results but I also loved teaching so i revamped my business so I now sell lead packages to business owners but what I REALLY love to do is coach business owners to create their own marketing program and run it. This is better and cheaper for them in the long run. No b-roll. This is a talking head video.

The result:

Since you’re doing a single-take talking head video, the key is to be conversational and “pull back the curtain” on the industry. You want to sound like the insider who is finally telling them the truth.

Here is a punchy, 30-second script that bridges your agency background with your coaching heart.

Tone: Transparent, authoritative, and helpful.

How to film this (The “Low-Tech” Way):

  • Don’t memorize, internalize: Don’t try to get every word perfect. As long as you hit the three beats (I ran an agency -> Agencies are expensive/restrictive -> I’ll teach you to do it better), it will feel authentic.

  • The “One-Take” Hack: If you mess up, don’t stop the recording. Just pause, take a breath, and start that specific sentence over. You can easily trim out the “dead air” using the built-in “Trim” tool in the Facebook/Instagram Reels uploader.

  • The Text Overlay: Since you’re not doing B-roll, use the “Auto-Captions” feature in the Reels app. It adds a layer of professionalism and ensures people “read” your message if their sound is off.

  • Energy Check: Since it’s just your face, give about 10% more energy than you think you need. The camera tends to “drain” personality, so being a little more expressive than usual will come across as perfectly normal on screen.

  1. Proof or Results – This could be a video showing how you get results for customers or it could be before/after… basically anything that can show what results you get for your clients.

And, there’s no reason you couldn’t do BOTH of them!

VIDEO TYPE #3: PROOF!

Here’s a video I put out for people interested in my Lead Generation program. It is very simple as you can see. I used a tool called “Loom” to record my screen and show actual results of one of my lead generation clients. You might do this but as a Before/After video. The windows client might show pictures of the home with the old then with the new. That would be great to show!

You want to make sure you connect these videos to your next step, whatever that might be currently. In our coaching program we go more depth into what those next steps should be and how they relate to the videos, posts and other little marketing assets you create throughout the program.

That’s really all there is to it!
